Returns/Exchanges:
We would like you to be satisfied with our product. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may exchange, or return items unwashed, unworn, and/or defective within 30 days for in-store credit, or a full unit price refund (with receipt). For exchanges, please allow normal processing time, and expect additional shipping fees to be applied to your credit card. If you are dissatisfied due to our mistake, we will be responsible for additional shipping. Refunds will be credited back to original method of payment used. Please send return along with invoice and a brief explanation for your return. If no proof of purchase is provided, you'll be issued in-house store credit for use at a later date. Shipping:
Due to the small nature of our business, our stock on hand tends to vary throughout the year. We do our best to have all designs in stock, in which case we will get it out to you that week. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your merchandise if it is on back order. We will notify you if that is the case. Orders will be sent by USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation (2-3 day average), or UPS for larger orders.
