We would like you to be satisfied with our product. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may exchange, or return items unwashed, unworn, and/or defective within 30 days for in-store credit, or a full unit price refund (with receipt). For exchanges, please allow normal processing time, and expect additional shipping fees to be applied to your paypal account. If you are dissatisfied due to our mistake, we will be responsible for additional shipping. Refunds will be credited back to original method of payment used. Due to the small nature of our business, our stock on hand tends to vary throughout the year. We do our best to have all designs/color/size options in stock, in which case we will get your order out to you that week. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks to receive your merchandise if it is on back order. We will notify you if that is the case. Orders will be sent via USPS with delivery confirmation (2-5 day average for domestic), or UPS for larger orders.
